ANZEF hits the trail again – this time on the legendary Larapinta Trail in the NT.
Driving this initiative is avid hiker and keen fundraiser Dr Nisha Sachdev, who says:
“The Larapinta trek is one of the great treks that has been on my bucket list for a long time. It is in a regional area that I have not yet explored and has so much heritage associated with it that I have always wanted to do it. I usually do treks for a charitable cause and decided to fundraise for ANZEF this time, due to the importance in closing the gap and supporting Indigenous health in Australia.
ANZEF’s grants support Indigenous doctors to complete their specialty training in ophthalmology. This can be a life-changing contribution to their professional journey.
Please join me for a fun few days in the Northern Territory!”
